Green Pear Smoothie: 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1 cup fresh kale, 1⁄4 cup avocado, 1 pear cubed, 1⁄2 cubed cucumber, 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 2/3 cup coconut milk and ice; blend until smooth.
Strawberry Walnut Quinoa Protein Pancakes:
Mix in a large bowl 1⁄2 cup quinoa flour, 3 egg whites, 1⁄2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, 1-ounce walnut halves, 1 teaspoon baking powder, dash of cinnamon, dash of salt, 1⁄2 cup sliced strawberries. Cook in frying pan with cooking spray 2-3 minutes per side. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup.
